Wood frame, pre eng steel.  Existing buildings = pre eng.  New offices and mezzanine = wood frame.  Exterior metal cladding.  Concrete on grade, wood joist, in floor heat.  Wood Truss.  Roof = metal clad.  Regrade site with excess material from interior slab on grade location. Exterior aprons, fire hydrant and water fill station. Reroute power supply to two secondary buildings and demo two power poles.
